Product took 2-3 months to arrive and when it did come in, i was sent the wrong color. Reached out and never heard back. Will never do business again with this company

Just what I was looking for, I should get another for backup soon.
Only took 9 months to deliver 50% of order 12444. Still waiting on 66% of order #12593 from June 2025. It’s march 2026
Took 6 months from the purchase date till the shipment date. After about a dozen emails and several months of false promises from Wickie Pipes to ship the order I canceled and received a refund. Several more months passed and one day the order appeared in my mailbox. So at the end of it all I got a free pipe. 0 stars for the wait time 5 stars for being free!
The piece took 4 months to arrive and customer service was hell. When it did it was nice. The color is pretty and the fact that you can see the smoke is cool. The bowl is a little deep and has to be emptied halfway through to reach the lower bud. If the customer service was better I’d probably rate it 4 stars
It took five months to arrive, I fell in love with it immediately, I enjoyed smoking out of it for a total of 22 hours and 37 minutes, before my BF knocked it off the table and it shattered into a million pieces! I am still waiting on the exact same piece I ordered in march, fingers crossed I might get them by Christmas!
Love the products!! Even with the item I ordered being out of stock, their company went above and beyond to ensure I received my order and where extremely prompt to answer all questions and concerns! Again, great company!!
Shipping was a nightmare, but the product is kickass!
The pipe is quality. However yhe shipping was terrible. The package took 3 weeks after the order to arrive and the company wasn't responding to my inquiries. I would not reccomend them to anyone!
