Love the product itself. My husband still has his from about 10 years ago, so I figured it was about time I got one myself. The biggest complaint I have, is time to receive. I ordered July 11th and just received it today, August 8th. Even thought it says same day shipping. But the product seems to be great, the stash cover, that is pretty flimsy and wasn’t all the way in the hinge point, that doesn’t really bother me. But if you’re getting it mainly for the stash spot, keep that in mind. Even though it seems I’m complaining a ton, I am very excited to have one of my own!

This is a great product! Don't be tempted to buy a cheap knockoff on Ebay. This one has the metal cover over the bowl and the storage compartment you need for additional bowls during the day. Plus, the stem comes off for even cleaning. I love it!
It works great in the wind. No need to use two hands lighter and bowl all in one and a neat little stash compartment to boot. Plus comes with an extra O ring for the pipe, you'll see it when you remove the stem. Easy to clean I use rubbing alcohol and cotton balls.

I’ve bought at least 6 of these over the last 5 years and loved them. Then, for about 2 years I was stuck buying fake ones as nobody had real ones in stock. Be great if you could get butane fluid to go in the darn thing , got any suggestions cant seem to find a tip to work out of 3 brand new cans of butane fluid ?

The wiki pipe is of terrific product. I bought several of them as gifts. That said, this most recent purchase. I ordered May 8 and I received it June 23. It was supposed to be a 2 to 5 business day delivery.
The pop is amazing and I would give it five stars, except for the fact that I paid for extra fast shipping and it did not come quickly. The product is great, the shipping and customer service was not good.
